Exe Doña Carlota

The hotel has 4 stars, but the rooms, lounge, corridors are already worn out - the kitchen is especially worn out of the rooms. It was in the kitchen that we missed more necessary items - there was only one big knife, no cutting boards, dishwasher, paper, dishwashing detergent. But, the rooms are really exceptionally clean, everything is polished. There are elevators. What I didn't like very much - the smell of smokers in the corridors, for example, it is written that smoking is prohibited, and there is an ashtray with cigarettes next to the sign.

This is a lovely old property nicely renovated. The evening we arrive a large bus tour also arrived. Only place to eat was in the bar and the 2 young ladies did a great job of serving everyone and the food was good. Best breakfast we ve had on our trip throughout Andalucía. Hot ítems, varied breakfast and staff were knowledgeable and ..Gluten Free options available.

excellent beds and Joanie was great. the breakfast buffet was remarkable. we were only in town for the Don Quixote museum and it was easy to get to by car from hotel. I would stay here again. secure parking but we felt okay to leave on Street

This hotel was fantastic. The room was very big, so was the bed. It was comfortable, there was plenty of seating and, being on a main road, the windows were very well insulated. Breakfast was also great and staff fantastic. Lots of lovely things to see in the communal areas of the hotel. Free parking and plenty of it. Short drive into Ciudad Real and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was of decent size and pretty well cleaned. Even though I was given a TWN room, both beds were of excellent size. No issues connecting to the hotel's Wi-Fi. Perhaps not the fastest out there, but definitely holding its ground within the 'positive' sphere. Updated WCs, with a cool shower cabin.
